The CNMI public school system created a Request for Proposal for Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Management Services for PSS ARRA Projects. After reviewing and evaluating all the applicants, E.M Chen & Associates (CNMI), Inc. was awarded the contract.The RFP however was not posted on the CNMI ARRA website.
